Looking to put the buzz back into your organization? Then look no further than FISH!
The FISH! Philosophy is a cultural change program that has become a global phenomenon. Developed by Dr Stephen Lundin, the program is based on the now world famous Seattle Pike Place Fish Market. Due to a change in culture the fish mongers altered how they felt about work and their behaviour which resulted in happier workers, happier customers, better efficiency and an increased profit!

To begin to change anything, we have to change the way we speak about it, the way we feel about it and definitely the way we act about it day in and day out.
That's the beauty of the four simple but powerful principles that are the bedrock of The FISH! Philosophy:
-
Be There
-
Play
-
Make Their Day
-
Choose Your
-
Attitude |

These principles provide people with a common language that inspires new conversations about what's possible. New attitudes develop. Performance improves. Customers notice. Trust increases. FISH! gets into the hearts and minds of everyone at work, empowering them to be alive and engaged. |

Central TAFE has certified and experienced FISH! trainers. Our facilitators can not only deliver FISH! but provide a consultancy service to your organisation so that FISH! can last a life time. Put us to the test and let our trainers work with you!
Now that you have already identified the need to FISH! why not empower your key trainers to deliver the message throughout your organisation.
FISH! became part of CBS due to the remarkable Dione Nuttall. Dione initiated the workshops and was a continual inspiration through her journey with cancer. She remains a source of inspiration at Central TAFE and for those from the business community with whom she worked. Dione recognised the importance of FISH! and it is in her honor that we continue to offer these amazing workshops.
