Whether you are a returning student or enrolling for the first time, it is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Central Institute of Technology.
Central, the largest of Western Australia's 10 TAFE colleges, has a rich history dating back to the turn of the century. We are now also at the leading edge of training in many areas and seek to provide students with quality vocational education and training, and innovative student services.
I look forward to the challenge of my role as Managing Director to further enhance this College's programs, services and facilities.
In the coming years, Central will be undergoing a major redevelopment of our Perth Campus. There will be extensive new buildings and public open areas which will dramatically improve the Central's sense of community and the availability of extra-curricular activities.
I encourage all students to get as much benefit and enjoyment from their time at Central as they can. And I look forward to meeting with individual students in my visits around the College’s seven campuses.
