Environmental science is a broad field which requires understanding of many areas in order to understand, identify and rectify environmental problems and, although it has a scientific basis, it relies on personal judgement and reasoning behind those judgements. Study Environmental Science and you could work as an environmental technician, environmental officer, conservation officer, water resources officer, natural resource management officer or ranger.
