Legal Studies - Business & Finance


With a Legal or Law Enforcement qualification from Central TAFE you could find yourself working in various support roles such as a legal secretary or law clerk in Criminal Law, Family Law, Commercial Law or Litigation in both government and the private sector.
Legal secretaries play an integral role within the legal profession providing administration and documentation support to solicitors, barristers and law clerks. Law clerks provide important clerical and administrative assistance to lawyers and perform basic legal duties such as drafting letters, assisting with inquiries and managing client cases under the supervision of a lawyer.
