During your studies, you’ll not only gain extensive knowledge in trust accounting, leasing and negotiation skills, you’ll also gain hands-on skills through on-site visits to rental properties.
The Conveyancing industry arranges for the transfer of land and businesses from one party to the other. Conveyancing is a competitive and demanding field and life experience counts for a lot. To practice as a Conveyancer in WA you must have at least two years’ practical experience and obtain a Settlement Agent's Licence.
