About This Course
The Diploma of Project Management is a passport to a dynamic career opportunity. Project Managers work in a wide range of fields and are responsible for the planning, implementation, risk management and closure of complex projects. As a Project Manager, you will competently manage tasks and time, and be able to juggle several aspects of a project, often under pressure and always within the constraints of cost, time and scope. You will have the capacity to build and manage teams and supervise individuals.
Once completed, this qualification reflects the skills and knowledge of people who possess the capacity to competently handle a number of specialised project management disciplines such as time-management, costing, communication, risk management and human resources amongst others. This course is most relevant to those seeking new leadership and management skills and the capability to manage both people and projects from concept through to completion by working individually and in a team environment.
This course is available entirely online. Study when it suits you.
