About This Course

This qualification will further develop your practical skills and knowledge in human resources as well as provide you with skills in management. You will develop a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. You will learn how to manage human resource services, performance management systems and workforce planning. You will also be able to select elective units from a broad range of human resource options including the management of human resources management information systems, rehabilitation or return-to-work programs, or programs that promote personal effectiveness.

Course Fees - maximum course fees for 2009 are $570.00 (or $285.00 concession) per semester.   
Resource Fees - cover the cost of any materials & resources provided by the college and will vary depending on the content of the course.

Please note: Access & Bridging Programs have a course fee of $25.00 as well as any resource fees.
