About This Course

This qualification will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to produce contemporary furniture designs to a professional standard. You will investigate, implement and timetable your own study program. Your individual expression will be developed by working on four to five highly innovative and original projects through to prototypes which are displayed at the end of the year in the graduate exhibition which is open to key industry groups.



Course Duration

One year full time (2 semesters).  Approximately 20 hours per week.

DOMESTIC STUDENTS:
Domestic students are required to pay Course and Resource fees
Course Fees - maximum course fees for 2009 are $570.00 (or $285.00 concession) per semester.   
Resource Fees - cover the cost of any materials & resources provided by the college and will vary depending on the content of the course.

Payment options may be available for those experiencing financial hardship, please ask when you enrol.
Please note: Access & Bridging Programs have a course fee of $25.00 as well as any resource fees.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
The tuition fee is $10000 and duration is 1 year
