Conditions of Refund - extract
To receive a refund, Bookshop items (including text books) MUST be returned:
- Within 7 working days of purchase (except where a student has been wrongly enrolled) and
- In original resalable condition and
- Accompanied with the itemised receipt
Refunds and exchanges will NOT be given where a customer has simply changed his/her mind or made a wrong selection.
Cash will only be refunded where cash was used for the purchase.
