ProQuest is a comprehensive online database containing millions of documents originally published in magazines, newspapers, and journals.
It is a complete general reference resource, providing information on a variety of subject areas, including the arts, business, children, education, general interest, health, humanities and social sciences.
You can search ProQuest for documents on subjects that will help with your research, teaching or study. Many of the articles are available in full text. Searching ProQuest 5000 |

After your search, the Search Results page appears, listing documents that match your search terms.
You can use the Results List to review the list of documents matching your search. Then, when you've found a document you want to read, click the title (or appropriate format icon) to view documents that interest you using the Document Display page.
Documents that interest you, along with searches you want to keep can be saved to My Research.
Accessing Proquest 5000
ProQuest may be accessed on or off campus by Central TAFE students and staff. Select the ‘Online Databases' link on the Library website and then select ‘ProQuest’.
Alternatively, staff may login on campus via CentralNet. You need to login using your library barcode number. |
