Training Needs Analysis
Central is able to offer your organisation a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service to identify training requirements so that your training is highly targeted and represents a meaningful investment for the individual and organisation.
Our Learning & Development Consultants are happy to meet with you and outline our TNA service which includes the follow stages as required:
Organisational Analysis
This stage identifies the organisation's strategic direction and goals and how these potentially impact on business operations.
Operational Analysis
This stage reviews the organisation's strategic direction and the changes required for the business operations to be implemented via the organisation of jobs.
Individual Analysis
This stage is the traditional level of the TNA process, where the existing employees or new recruits are compared to the identified job requirements and any skills gaps are identified.
Solutions
Once the gap between the employee's skills and the job requirements are identified CBS Training will be able to advise you on implementing a solutions plan including staff development.
Training Outsourcing
In line with the modern trend of outsourcing, CBS Training is able to manage your training function for you. CBS Training does not limit your choices to our own training products but is able to identify the best training solution for your needs. So if your organisation isn't always aware of the best training solution or does not want to incur the expense of a training coordinator, then this service is the ideal solution.
CBS Training can provide you with a holistic training service including:
- The identification of your training requirement
- The location of the most suitable training solution
- The coordination of your training programs
- The provision of information on training results.
Auspicing and RTO Partnerships
CBS Training is able to partner with their industry clients to provide leading Registered Training Organisation services. This service is appropriate for those clients who wish to train and/or assess their own staff in nationally recognised programs but do not want to become a Registered Training Organisation.
CBS Training will partner closely with your organisation, ensuring that all AQTF requirements are met so your employees receive nationally recognised qualifications from internally supplied training and assessment.
We are able to provide the following services when auspicing with clients:
- Audit client course materials or supply CBS Training materials to the client
- Induct VET trainers and assessors into the auspicing process
- Moderate internal training delivery and/or assessment and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Supply nationally recognised Central TAFE statements of attainment or awards on successful completion of assessment
