Apply for Your Certificate or Diploma
When you successfully finish all units in a Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma course, you are eligible to receive an official document stating that your qualification has been awarded.

We process your application via our online form
If all course requirements are met, you should receive your Certificate / Diploma in approximately 2 - 4 weeks from the date your application was received by the Awards Centre.If you have not satisfactorily completed all course requirements, you will receive a letter stating which subjects you need to complete in order to receive your course qualificate.
The application for Certificate/Diploma form may be submitted at any time during the year.
Students wishing to pick up an award that they have applied for from our campus directly will need to state this when lodging their application. Awards can only be collected from our Perth Campus and students must have photo ID with them on pickup.
Applying for further study?
If you are a current student and applying to university through TISC, your results are automatically sent through to TISC on your behalf.
If you are applying directly to university, please keep in mind that it takes 2 - 4 weeks to process your award application. If you need documentation urgently, a Statement of Attainment can be issued at short notice.
Combining Academic Records
If you have completed any study towards your Award at another College, you will also need to complete the Application for Transfer of Results form which is available from Student Services or you can download it here.

Overdue fees
Students who have an outstanding debt or unpaid balance from the previous semester will not be eligible for their results or awards until the debt has been cleared. To arrange payment for an outstanding debt, you will be required to contact our Student Debtors office on 9202 4710.
