You can combine your Academic Record for same course where some units were undertaken at another College. Please contact Student Services on 1300 300 822 for enquiries on how to go about making an application to do this |

| Application fo Replacement of Academic Record (PDF document) |
Students can obtain a replacement transcript of their Statement of Academic Record if, for example, the original is lost or damaged.
