Financial Assistance

There are a number of options to assist you with funding your studies at Central:

VET FEE-HELP

VET FEE-HELP is a federal loan program to assist eligible students undertaking certain VET courses of study (diploma, advanced diploma, graduate certificate and graduate diploma courses) with an approved VET provider, to pay for all or part of their tuition costs upfront.

You pay off the tuition costs once you are in employment and earning a specific wage or higher.

Central Institute of Technology is the only authorised WA TAFE college able to offer the VET FEE-HELP program which is now available for select courses at Central.

Instalment plans

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you can apply to pay your fees in instalments. You must make a minimum initial payment of $100 and all remaining fees must be paid in agreed instalments, within 8 weeks from the commencement of the semester.

Please be aware that when entering into an instalment plan, you are entering into a contract.  Should you fail to pay the outstanding balance by the due date, the College's Governing Council has the right to cancel your enrolment.
