Emotional intelligence in the workplace

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand and evaluate emotions, both our own and others. It is the ability to get along well with others, to read people, to form relationships, and to be present emotionally.

This workshop will explore the nature and importance of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.

This workshop is designed for managers, supervisors/coordinators and support workers who currently work in the disability sector and who manage others as part of their job role.  Includes morning tea.
