About the course

The workshop focuses on improving supervisor/coordinator confidence in undertaking these difficult conversations with people. 

It will provide you with a framework to undertake difficult conversations to ensure you are applying a consistent approach to performance feedback.  

This workshop is designed for managers, supervisors/coordinators who currently work in the disability sector and who carry out performance development as part of their job role. Morning and afternoon tea is included.
