Central's Leederville campus is located in the heart of Leederville, a vibrant, inner-city suburb minutes away from the Perth city centre, close to cafés, restaurants, shops, recreation facilities and public transport.

Leederville houses the Community Learning Centre,  the centrepiece for Central’s Human Services precinct.


The Centre is located in a light-industrial, heritage building and provides training to over 4,000 students annually in a range of programs including Community Services, Children’s Services, Aged Care, Disability Services, Youth Work and Mental Health.

The warehouse building, a dynamic learning space can be transformed into a variety of learning environments.
 
Also known for its focus on music, the campus houses an industry standard professional recording studio and live performance venue with full staging, lighting and sound production.

Aboriginal Sense of Place Garden

Sense of Place, a culturally significant bush tucker garden was planned, developed and implemented in 2004 by Indigenous students.
 
Behind the garden is a beautiful mural which depicts the story of Nyoongar history through the six seasons.
 
Students and members of the community are welcome to enjoy the garden and its surroundings.
 

Prayer Room

Central embraces the religious and spiritual diversity of its staff and student community.
 
In recognition of this diversity, the Leederville campus has a prayer room for staff and students.
 

Student Services

Student Services is located on Level 2 of H block.
 

Aroma Cafe

Aroma Cafe has moved and is now conveniently located overlooking Oxford St. We offer a large, tasty variety of fresh, hot and cold food and drinks, including our award winning coffee
 

Opening hours (Term time only)

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 5.30pm
Friday: 7.30am - 2.30pm
 
Closed during the weekends and holidays, but vending machines are available.
 
 

 Parking

 

Parking

No student parking is available on campus grounds although there is all day paid parking  available on Richmond Street, and free three hour parking on Loftus Street. The campus is only a short walk from Leederville train station.

ACROD parking bays are available off Richmond and Oxford Streets.

Please note parking on College grounds (other than in ACROD parking bays)can incur a fine of up to $200.

Students and staff wishing to use the ACROD parking bays must display a valid ACROD parking permit on their vehicle
